Jacob, an organic farmer from Thalavaadi (near Sathyamangalam), once worked in the USA as an IT professional. In 2022, he made the courageous decision to quit his job abroad and return to India to dedicate himself fully to organic farming and social service.
Since then, he has guided farmers free of cost, spread awareness about sustainable agriculture, and built a healthier, more eco-friendly future.

❤️ Jacob’s Service to Society
Jacob has always put others before himself. Some of his remarkable contributions include:
• COVID-19 Relief: Supplied free Siddha medicines to ~25,000 people in India & abroad, also raised funds for distribution.
• Feeding Abandoned Elders: Built & led a team providing daily food for ~120 abandoned senior citizens (ongoing for 7+ years).
• Disaster Relief: Arranged groceries & essentials during storms for families in Gaja cyclone, other natural calamities Cuddalore & Villupuram.
• Education Support: Paid college fees (₹30,000–50,000 each) for 10+ students until graduation.
• Orphan Support: Helped build a house for 3 orphaned children in Nellikkuppam.
• Festivals for the Poor: Ensured 170+ underprivileged families received food, clothes & crackers every Diwali.
• Youth Empowerment: Organized poultry training for 50 youngsters, covering stationery, lunch & snacks from his own funds.

🏥 Jacob’s Current Health Condition
Despite his noble service, Jacob’s own health has worsened:
• Multiple hospitalizations in 2023 & 2024, with heavy expenses
• Sept 2025: Admitted in Kauvery Hospital, Chennai ICU in critical condition
• Survived after 2 weeks, but his heart now functions at only 20%
Doctors initially suggested a heart transplant (~₹35 lakhs), but his consistent elevated Lungs pressure complications ruled this out.

⚕️ Recommended Treatment: LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device)
A mechanical pump implanted in the chest to assist the heart.
• Estimated Cost: ₹1.2–1.3 crore (MGM Hospital, Chennai)
• Expenses so far: ₹30–35 lakhs already spent
• Funds raised: ~₹25 lakhs (from wife & friends)
• Gap: ~₹1–1.2 crore still needed urgently
✅ Safer procedure (similar to fitting a pacemaker)
✅ Can help Jacob live a near-normal life (device will be permanent)
✅ He can be discharged within 2–3 weeks after surgery
💡 The surgery will be performed under the care of Dr. Balakrishnan, the most senior and successful doctor at MGM Hospital, ensuring Jacob receives the best medical expertise available.
